New Custom Homes
In tandem with clients, new homes will be designed and built on building lots either owned by HDNL or its clients. HDNL will manage all aspects of the custom home construction using its Building Construction Methodology (BCM). Pricing for custom homes range from $1,300,000 to $5,200,000 per home, excluding building lot values.
Home Renovations
Effective “do it right” home renovations is managed and performed on behalf of clients or HDNL’s owned properties. For HDNL’s infill properties, existing homes will be purchased, renovated and offered to home buyers wishing to remain in the core of the City close to services and amenities. Pricing for home renovations is typically on a cost + basis. Homes renovation engagements range from $75,500 to $450,000 per home.
Home Maintenance
This service is offered to HDNL new built homes and potentially to other new home builders. Similar to the automotive industry, maintenance warrantee include 4 complementary site visits in the first year, 2 complementary site visits in the second year and a complementary site visits for the last remaining 5 years. Home warrantee site visits range from $250 to $450 per unit, plus cost + for work performed.
